Swabian parlor

The Swabian room is located in the historical listed part of the Hirsch Hotel. With love and attention to detail, the original condition of the room with its wood-paneled wall and ceiling has been preserved for decades. Here we cultivate the highly valued traditional, regional dishes such as ravioli, "Bubenspitzle" and homemade "Spätzle".

Hirsch terrace

Enjoy the summer from its most beautiful side on our terrace. The focus of our terrace is the water feature of the original 1795 sandstone fountain. Relax in the fresh air, with cool drinks and light summer dishes in a mediterranean atmosphere.
